Dr. David Lipschitz

David A. Lipschitz, MD, Ph.D is among the most renowned geriatricians in the world. With decades of clinical experience and scientific research, Dr. David is committed to helping adults of all ages be better consumers of health care.

As Director of Healthy Aging Center at Saline Memorial Hospital, Dr. David is nationally recognized as a leader in the field of geriatrics. Dr. David has served as both Chair of the Research Committee of the American Geriatrics Society and Chair of the Association of Directors of Geriatric Academic Programs. He is consistently named one of the "Best Doctors in America," and he has been featured on numerous media outlets, including the Today Show, discussing aspects senior health.

Dr. David's greatest goal is to educate the public about aging. Most importantly, he aims to empower people with the tools to live longer, happier, and healthier lives.

Dr. David has pursued several avenues for public education. He has given numerous national and international lectures on all aspects of the aging process. In collaboration with Arkansas Education Television Network (AETN), he has completed a 26 part TV series entitled Aging Successfully with Dr. David, which aired in virtually every PBS market nationwide. Aging Successfully with Dr. David received widespread national acclaim, winning two Auroras, two Tellys, a Videographer Award, a Cine award for excellence in Television, and twice been a finalist for a Freddie award. Dr. David was also awarded the Arkansas Cultural Enrichment (ACE) award for his leadership in geriatric care.

In October 2002, Dr. David wrote "Breaking the Rules of Aging," his first book aimed at educating and empowering the general public. "Breaking the Rules of Aging" introduced Dr. David's core philosophy for lifelong health, highlighting the key elements of successful aging, and debunking the negative stereotypes of senior living. Of this book, Dr. Robert Butler, first director of the National Institute on Aging wrote "Breaking the Rules of Aging provides readers with all the information they need to enjoy a healthy and vigorous future. Dr. David is the Dr. Spock of aging."

In order to propel his message and achieve his goals, Dr. David founded Dr. David Enterprises, His company develops new avenues for health education and empowerment.

Dr. David continues to live, teach, and see patients in Little Rock, Arkansas. His weekly syndicated column, "Lifelong Health," appears Sundays in Arkansas Democrat Gazette and is continually expanding into other markets. Dr. David makes weekly appearances on the Little Rock's ABC affiliate, KATV, daily news show, Good Morning Arkansas.

In 2004, Dr. David and his business partner Gre'Juana Dennis founded Dr. David Enterprises ? their answer to creating business approaches for health care solutions. Beginning with his widely acclaimed book, Breaking The Rules of Aging, Dr. David launched into the public arena, guiding Americans to live healthy, happy, and independent lives.

Dr. David Enterprises has grown to incorporate many more elements of the senior market. Through lectures, educational tools and publications, informational columns, media campaigns, and consulting services, Dr. David Enterprises can bridge the gap between seniors, health care professionals, businesses, and families.
